Downdraft Anesthesia Work Station

The Downdraft Anesthesia Work Station is specifically designed to provide a small bench-mounted unit with unrestricted access for those procedures that are difficult to perform in a fume cabinet. The downflow action takes the contaminated air away from the operator and an audible alarm will alert the operator when the airflow falls to an unacceptable level.

• No ducting or installation costs.
• Integral lighting illuminates the work surface.
• All mechanisms in the head are on the clean side of the filter, with the switches and electrical components being isolated from any contamination.
• The filter clamping mechanism enables the filter to be easily located and ensures an even seal at the filter face.
• The main filter block can be chosen from fourteen different types which include speciality filters for vapors of acids, mercury and formaldehyde.

IMPAC⁶

An anesthesia system designed for high volume, assembly-line type procedures. Anesthesia can be induced and/or maintained in four chambers, individually or simultaneously. Bain non-rebreathing circuits on each side of the machine allow two investigators to perform procedures simultaneously.

VMR Research Animal Anesthetic Delivery System

Designed for safe, simple and controllable inhalation anesthesia for rats, small rodents, exotics and patients weighing less than 5 pounds. The VMR provides rapid control of anesthetic depth with little or no resistance to respiration. The VMR is adaptable to the needs of the researcher.

• Non-rebreathing anesthetic delivery system
• Dual-view oxygen flowmeter - glass tube with a fused scale that reads from 0-1000 cc/min - quickly switch from standard to magnified view at the touch of a finger.
• Includes Isoflurane or Halothane VIP 3000 vaporizer, well-fill or key-fill style, or Sevoflurane well-fill style VIP 3000 Vaporizer.

Quantiflex^® Low-Flow Tabletop System

This versatile system can be used with the Matrx Ayres non-rebreathing system or a breathing circuit of your choice. The VMC absorber can also be added if required for larger animals.

• Oxygen and nitrous oxide low-flow flowmeters fron 1-1000cc
